Oregon Tint Laws require passenger cars to have no darker than a 50% film installed and at least a 35% total light transmission through the glass on all windows. Pickup trucks and SUVs must meet the 50% film / 35% standard on only the front 2 windows and may go darker behind the front driver and passenger.
Local authorities DO enforce the Oregon window tinting laws and have begun to issue citations that are not traditional 'fix-it' tickets as in years past. We always urge our customers to 'keep it legal'.
